City Ave District Farmers’ Market Open for Summer Saturdays

BALA CYNWYD, PA – The City Ave District Farmer’s Market is ready for a summer offering fresh fruits and vegetables, baked goods and more on Saturdays.

The market will open this Saturday for the summer.

Hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., rain or shine, in the parking lot at One Belmont Avenue in Bala Cynwyd.

Until November 19, the market will host more than 50 local artists and artisans, food trucks and farm vendors offering fresh fruits and vegetables, cut flowers, hard cider, homemade bagels, baked goods, ready meals, etc.

On select Saturdays, there will be kid-friendly activities, entertainment and local beer tastings.

“As a business improvement district, we are always looking for ways to bring the community together, support local businesses and promote healthy living,” said Bryan Fenstermaker, president and CEO of City Ave. District. “The City Ave District Farmers Market is an opportunity to do all of this and more. With over 50 local vendors and artisans, plus free, family-friendly entertainment, there will be something for everyone every Saturday.”
