Keokuk Farmer’s Market Opens Saturday | Daily Democrat

The Keokuk Farmer’s Market season begins Saturday, May 14 at 8 a.m. The season will continue until October 8 and will be held from 8 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. each Saturday in the parking lot of the River City Mall.

The Farmers Market hosts vendors selling fresh grown and local produce, arts and crafts, food trucks, and baked goods. Shelley Oltmans, Executive Director of the Keokuk Area Chamber of Commerce, says, “We have many of the same vendors coming back this year. We are always happy to recruit new suppliers; they can call ahead to find out more about the farmers market or show up that day to register and sell their wares.

“This year, vendors have decided to expand the space for each vendor location to two one-and-a-half-space parking spaces.
