The Indoor Farmers Market returns to the Holland Civic Center this weekend

HOLLAND — After a year-long hiatus, the Holland Farmers Market has announced that its indoor winter market will return this weekend.

The market will be held the first and third Saturdays of each month from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Holland Civic Center Place, 150 W. Eighth St. Bridge Cards, Double-Up Food Bucks and Market Bucks are all accepted at the winter market. , which includes more than 25 providers.

“We are delighted to be able to bring our winter market indoors this year and to continue to offer fresh, healthy and local food to new and returning Holland Farmers Market customers throughout the season,” said the marketing coordinator Kara de Alvare.

“Being able to get your cool fix while shopping in the warmth and comfort of Holland Civic Center Place is truly unbeatable.”

Visser Farms sells produce inside the Civic Center during the Holland Farmers Market - winter edition.

Products offered this winter include fresh fruits and vegetables, bread and other baked goods, honey and maple syrup, meats, cheese spreads, dog treats and more. Lemonjello’s will be serving coffee on site.

No dogs – except service dogs – are allowed inside the Civic Center. Masks are not mandatory, but are highly recommended. Participating vendors include Eighth Day Farm, Knot Spot Pretzels, Oh So Cheesy, Saunders Family Bakery, The Beard and the Gal, and Visser Farms, among others.
