Battle Ground Harvest Days is a two-day festival hosted by the City of Battle Ground and the Association of Battlefield Festivals. It begins with a 6 p.m. cruise on Friday ($20 entry fee) and continues Saturday with a pancake breakfast from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m. at Parkway and Main Street ($7 per person, $25 per family), a parade down Main Street at 10 a.m., an artisan fair at Battle Ground High School, a beer garden and fireworks. The sweet buy and buy

Vancouver Night Market will host three Outdoor summer night markets at Clark College, 1933 Fort Vancouver Way, 4:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Friday; August 19; and September 15. Browse wares from 60 local artisans and vendors in the red parking lot outside the O’Connell Sports Centre. Shoppers will also be able to enjoy live music with a DJ and dance lessons. Food and drinks are available for purchase. The entry fee is $5. Children 12 and under are free. Animals on a leash are welcome. The power of the flowers

Explore nine exceptional gardens during the Clark County Green Neighbors Natural Garden Tour, back this year with in-person tours of local gardens. This free, self-guided tour will take place from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Sunday. All of the gardens on the tour are examples of natural gardening techniques and no synthetic chemicals have been used to achieve lush results. No registration necessary. Root for the Raptors

Attend a Hatchback Night in Ridgefield at 4 p.m. Saturday to support the Ridgefield Raptors baseball team. Enjoy dinner, drinks, or takeout in downtown Ridgefield, then take a free shuttle to the ballpark at Ridgefield Outdoor Recreation Complex. Shuttles will pick up passengers at Ridgefield Harbor office, 111 W. Division St., and at Simons Street and Third Avenue. Shuttle buses will take fans back to downtown Ridgefield after the game. Main St. The market features fresh produce and artisan vendors.
